Ha Nhuan Dong (il/he) is a jack-of-all-trades creative and project coordinator with 6+ years of experience in non-profit, community organizing, and the arts. Settled on unceded Indigenous land that is Tiohtià:ke (Montréal), Canada, he currently works at the intersection of social equity, process automation, and impact-driven project management. He is most excited about translating high-level complexity into clear, manageable components, especially streamlining workflows. His recent portfolio as an agile full-stack coordinator traverses the entire spectrum of the Canadian non-profit industry: from local, anti-oppressive, grassroots initiatives and non-hierarchical groups to nation-wide, fast-paced, hierarchical institutions with social impact missions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, Joint Honours (First Class) in International Development and Cultural Studies, from McGill University. His favorite pastime is tracking discoveries of new deep-sea species.
